im twelve and i still suck my thumb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a small gap in the front of my mouth and i got it from sucking. i need to get my teeth bonded, but there is no point in doing that if i Don’t stop sucking my thumb because ill just get the gap back!!! Im not gonna waste $$$$ HOW DO I STOP!!!!!! ITS LIKE BEING ON CIGARETTES I CANT STOP! IM GONNA BE A TEEN PEOPLE AND STILL SUCKING! HELP!

ps. teeth bonding is how they fix chips and gaps in teeth. sometimes they fill it with a tooth colored filling

i sucked my thumb till i was 10, i bought this special polish like clear finger nail polish and you paint it on your thumb, or u could go to an orthodontist and they can put in a bar with spikes behind your bottom teeth so it pokes your thumb, but it hurts to eat or if u put your tongue down too hard it really kills but it will help you get them off sooner. idk wat a bonding is though. good luck!
